Liturgy Committee

The Liturgy Committee assists the pastor in developing and enhancing worship by building on the themes of the Masses and liturgical cycles of the Church Year.  Through education the committee helps the parishioners understand and respond in meaningful ways, as individuals and as a community, to liturgical celebrations.

Members of Saint Peter are encouraged to join the choir.  Rehearsal is held every Monday at 7:00 pm in the choir loft.  No formal voice training or experience is needed, just a desire to sing the praises of the Lord.  The choir generally sings at the 4:00 pm Mass or at the 10:00 am Mass from September through May and also participate in the special liturgies that take place during the year.  Call the Church Office/Rectory for further information.

Instrumentalists are encouraged to contact the Music Director if they would like to share their talents for special liturgies or prayer services.
